Your child’s privacy is our top priority. Our apps do not include social media software. Baby FlashCards does not utilize email, phone, or webcam features inherent to smartphones or tablets. We are committed to respecting individuals’ privacy rights, complying with relevant laws and regulations, including the new obligations under the US Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (“COPPA”) rules effective March 25, 2021. These rules apply to operators of websites and mobile apps directed at children under 13. This includes those collecting, using or disclosing personal information from children or operators with actual knowledge of collecting personal information from users of sites or apps directed to children. The obligation now includes obtaining parental consent before collecting personal information from children, and it covers persistent identifiers enabling operators and third parties to recognize users.
